Polls will close tomorrow night.

I need to change the name of a minor character in my story after acquiring not one but two co-workers with that name and getting back in touch with a childhood friend with that name. On Facebook and Twitter I solicited name suggestions and I have chosen my five favorites. I need you to help me narrow it down!

This character is one of those people who universally gets called "nice." "Oh, so-and-so, she's so NICE." Just as background.

Ok, I have to comment...

Based on the many years I've been working with kids and their parents...

Valeries always seem super snotty and stuck up.

Chloes are always sweet but very cliquey.

Claires are mischevous.

Emilys are moody.

Abigails are sweet, quiet, and nice to everyone.

But, keep in mind, I live in Boca and pretty much everyone here is stuck up in one way or another. :p

I haven't had any students named Amanda in a long time, but I always associate the name with old friends of mine who were always sweet and sometimes outgoing, who like to have a good time.

Chloe is a pretty trendy name. Maybe a little too trendy.
